Spiritual Review Crew Policies
Purchasing the Publisher Level of Spiritual Review Crew includes both physical and digital components. The Publisher Level will include the featured book of the month along with swag (items may vary or be substituted from photographs in the marketing), a link for you to join the Facebook private group where we will post the Zoom link for the Live online 90 minute meeting. The Facebook private group access will allow you to connect with other members of the group to discuss or share some of your reading experiences throughout the month before we meet up on Zoom!

The Editor Level will include the monthly swag (items may vary or be substituted from photographs in the marketing) and a link for you to join the Facebook private group where we will post the monthly Zoom link for the Live online 90 minute meeting. Purchasing the Critic Level of Spiritual Review Crew includes only digital components. The Critic Level will include an email with a link to join the Facebook Private Group where we will post the Zoom link for the Live online 90 minute meeting. You will have access to the other members of the group to connect, discuss, or share your reading experiences with during the month before we meet up on Zoom!
The Spiritual Review Crew Book Club is required to collect sales tax when applicable. Missouri purchasers can anticipate a sales tax for their purchases.
We accept payment by credit/debit card using PayPal (i.e., American Express, VISA, Discover and MasterCard). It is not required to have a PayPal account to
pay for your membership. You may use a debit or credit card on PayPal without having a PayPal account.
If you have selected a credit or debit card as your payment method and the charge cannot be processed on that card (for example, the card has expired or
we cannot obtain authorization from your card issuer), then you will not receive products or services including membership until full payment is received. We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank, credit card or debit card issuer may apply. If your credit card issuer reverses a charge to your credit card, we may bill your account directly and seek payment by another method through a mailed statement. We may report information about your account to credit bureaus.
Standard Shipping is free for all orders, and we will process orders within 3-5 business days. Due to the current state of USPS and UPS which are experiencing shipping challenges standard shipping may take longer than expected. We recommend ordering your book as early in the month as possible. You can find your order details and tracking information (when available) via email after your purchase has been made.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund, subject to the following terms and limitations. You must contact us requesting a return within 10 days of receipt of the shipment. We only accept returns received within 30 days from the original date of shipment. For returns,
the payment method used for the purchase will be credited. Shipping and processing fees, if applicable, will not be refunded. Any returned item must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, and should be sent back in the original packaging.
If the item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.

Call us at 636-856-7201. We will email you our pre-paid return shipping label if you are returning the items in the original packaging.
We ask you to Return the item in its original packaging.
Attach the pre-paid return shipping label to your shipment and drop it off at any UPS or USPS location unless instructed otherwise.
By your purchase you agree to receive emails from Susan Shuster & the Spirit Review Crew. You will receive a welcome email with your invitation to join the Facebook Group, email confirmation of your purchase order, and tracking information for your shipment. In addition, we may contact you via email if there is an issue regarding your order or if there are an updates to book club details that you need to be made aware of. We will also contact you via email to announce the upcoming month’s feature book and swag.
The Spiritual Review Crew Book Club may provide its members with special promotional offers. All promotional offers are subject to specific rules and regulations, which will be clearly explained on the site. You may also receive emails advising you about your account and promotions, newsletters, special offers and other updates to maximize your reading experience.
If you are requesting a refund, exchange, or return, we may contact you via email to provide shipping label information, confirmation of your refund, exchange, or return.

reserve the right to cancel the account of any member suspected of violating this requirement and may limit the number of copies/titles that may be ordered on any account.
